Corporate Affairs

To Ensure smooth clearances of our approvals / sanctions by developing and maintaining good relations with Officials of Gujarat Govt. & Central Government through close networking and better co-ordination with various government departments in consonance with requirement of internal customers.

Regular interaction with the Senior Officials of Gujarat government Departments, which includes irrigation, Industrial Development Commissioner, and Principal Secretaries of key departments like irrigation, Labor, Industry, Home, Town planning etc. besides to Chief Minister’s Secretariat

To develop and maintain a data base of key persons, government officials

To interact with Key Govt. Officials- Collector Office, Nagarpallika, IDC, / GIDC, IG Police, Principal Secretary Labor / Agriculture / Home etc.

To cultivate formal / informal relations with various Ministries to en cash on requirement

To attend panchayat related matters

To attend all land related matter

To attend panchayat leaders to develop relationship

To plan periodic interaction with concerned authorities and key individuals / media through regular networking

Liaison with other Departments

(Aditya Birla Hospital Administration, Regional Passport Office, Gujarat Power Corporation, Irrigation as Unit draws water from Nearby Dam, Department of Education and Government Hospitals)

Hospital: Obtaining necessary licenses for Operation of Various Medical Equipment’s, Bio-Medical waste Management, Storage of Narcotics and Psychotropic substances and other statutory approvals from various State statues like Atomic energy regulatory board, Indian Medical Council, etc. for smooth running of Hospitals

Regional Passport Officer, Ahmedabad: Passport and related services for employees on regular basis to facilitate smooth sailing

Interaction with officials of Gujarat Power Corporation, Irrigation as Unit draws water from Nearby Dam, Department of Education and Government Hospitals etc.

Legal

Ensure compliance of the statutory requirements pertains to legal affairs of the court proceedings so as to ensure that the interest of the business remain protected

Follow up of Cases with Lawyers and attending case in District Court, High Court and Supreme Court

Compliance of statutory provisions as per existing law / requirement

Timely information to functional head in regard with the legal compliance

Building of Corporate Image & fulfilment of social commitments

Permission for Civil construction and assessment of House Tax & other Tax liabilities to fulfill statutory requirements
