General Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Services: Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various practice areas.
2. Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and continuing education requirements.
Partner-Specific Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to junior attorneys and staff.
2. Practice Group Management: Oversee and manage a practice group, ensuring strategic growth and profitability.
3. Client Acquisition: Expand the firm's client base.
5. Networking: Leverage your professional network to build relationships with key corporates, affiliates and clients globally.
6. Legal Operational Management: Manage litigation, non litigation, corporate legal, ADR and industry specific legal services. Participate in key decision-making processes, ensuring the firm's efficient operation and scalability.
7. Legal Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams globally.
8. International & Domestic Law Expertise: Contribute to the development of our international legal services, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Managing Partner-Specific Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of Partner as mentioned above
Equity based capital investment for Min 3 years
Firm Governance: Participate in firm-wide decision-making, contributing to strategic planning and direction.
Requirements:
1. Education: LLB / LLM equivalent.
2. Skills: Strong legal knowledge, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge: Proficient in relevant practice areas and industry developments.
4. Licenses: Admitted to Bar Association of India and have cleared AIBE
5. Certifications: Any additional certifications in law
