As part of our dynamic legal team, you will work on a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation matters, representing clients in various legal disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling commercial litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
Attending court hearings and managing case timelines.
Advising clients on litigation strategies and case developments.
Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters.
Qualifications:
LL.B degree from a recognized law school.
2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
