Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd in Dehradun. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for managing legal matters, contracts, and compliance issues for the company. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company in legal proceedings as required.
Qualifications
Legal research, contract drafting, and compliance expertise
Knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and legal procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in the BPO/KPO/ITES industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and Bar Council certification
