We are on the lookout for a customer-oriented telesales professional who can leverage outbound and inbound calls to consistently hit sales objectives. The telesales professional at this company will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from clients, up-selling and cross-selling our products and services, maintaining a record of all the calls received and made, and assisting with enquiries from clients.

The telesales executive must also co-operate mutually with concerned teams and departments to address clients' problem areas. Our ideal telesales candidate must be able to consistently handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and be persuasive. Furthermore, the telesales agent should exhibit exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills as well as follow sales scripts.

Telesales Job Responsibilities

Recording error-free reports of the clients' orders and accordingly processing their purchases

Closely studying the clients' preferences and needs and having complete knowledge about the company's services and products so that they can be recommended

Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with customers so that they stay loyal, advocate for the brand, and buy again

Making phone calls to potential and existing customers persuading them to sign up for the company's services or purchase their products

Leveraging sales scripts engineered by the company to deal with customer rejections and to drive sales

Consistently exceeding or meeting daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales and call volume targets

Uncovering leads who are serious about buying and then passing on their information to the sales team

Overseeing clients' accounts to ensure that both new and loyal customers are happy with their subscriptions and/or purchases

Telesales Job Requirements

Proven ability to follow sales scripts

Proven work experience as a telesales professional

Exceptional consultative and negotiation skills

Outstanding problem-solving and organizational capabilities

High school certificate, equivalent, or higher

Excellent communication skills

Extraordinary customer service skills
