Job Description
Drating, vetting, negotiating and reviewing, EPC, O&M and PPA agreements
Good understanding of international regulations and cross border contracts including FEMA, FDI Policy, RBI Regulations, Competition law etc
Structuring debt and equity financing, partnerships, joint ventures and cooperation arrangements and draft relevant documentation
Litigation management and briefing external counsels
Driving policy and compliance training programs
The Successful Applicant
You must be an LLB graduate with at-least 12 years of experience either with a law firm or inhouse or a mix of both. You must have experience with contracts such as EPC, O&M, PPA etc
