Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer at Sevakh Global in Chennai. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal cases, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role also involves assisting in mediation and dispute resolution processes.
Qualifications
Legal research, Legal Drafting, and Case analysis skills
Knowledge of criminal law, contract law, civil law, and dispute resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Attention to detail and time management skills
Bar admission in India is required
Experience in international law is a plus
