We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be between 30 to 35 years of age, with a robust background and 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate law. This role requires a diligent and experienced professional who excels in drafting legal documents, preparing applications, and managing contracts and agreements. Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal guidance on corporate matters, including contracts, transactions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies for protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain legal and operational compliance.
Negotiate and draft complex contracts, agreements, and licenses, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and legal standards.
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, providing legal insights and support throughout the process.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to ensure business continuity and safeguard corporate interests.
Qualifications:
5 to 15 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong track record of handling complex legal issues.
Proficient in drafting legal documents, preparing contracts, and managing legal compliance. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
Familiarity with intellectual property laws and practices is highly desirable.
