GLA Law Offices (law firm Situated in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi) has vacancy for Senior Litigation Associate with atleast 5-7 years of experience in Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Consumer matters in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals.
Candidates having experience in Medical Negligence consumer complaints will be given preference.
Responsibilities
The candidate should be well versed with Drafting, online filing of suits, writs, appeals, complaints, and appearing in Delhi High Court, District Courts and Tribunals like Consumer Forums, NCDRC.
The candidate should be proficient in English language.
The candidate should have knowledge of the working of the courts, tribunals and consumer forums in Delhi and should be able to take up/ handle matters individually.
Qualifications
The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Remuneration as per industry standards and based on the experience.
