Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate and Global Litigation Attorney at KAnalysis in Delhi, India. The Attorney will be responsible for handling legal matters such as Motions, Courts, Trials, and Contracts, Diligence, Negotiations on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Law skills
Experience in handling Motions, Courts, Trials, and Contracts, Diligence, Negotiations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Membership in the Bar Council of India
Experience in Intellectual Property law is a plus
Legal Fundamentals
