Job Description -
We are looking for an Immigration Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will manage the entire immigration process from start to finish, ensuring all steps are followed correctly as per attorney guidance.
Responsibilities include:
Collecting necessary documents from employees as per checklist provided.
Handling visa stampings, H-1B extensions, and US consulate-related issues.
Working closely with attorneys to respond to RFEs and employment-related queries.
Communicating regularly with employees to provide updates and request additional information.
Ensuring compliance with all immigration laws and regulations.
Tracking and managing case statuses.
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration cases and related documentation.
Checking forms received from attorneys prior to filing.
Help HR processes and team as required.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in immigration processes and documentation.
Good understanding of H-1B, Green Card, and other visa processes, including PWD, PERM, and I-140.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once.
