Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Advocate with 3-4 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year specializing in real estate law. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, handle real estate transactions, and manage legal matters with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice on a range of issues, including real estate transactions, property disputes, and contract matters.
Real Estate Expertise: Manage real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling title issues.
Client Representation: Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts related to real estate and other legal matters.
Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
Education: LLB or equivalent degree in Law.
Experience: 3-4 years of legal practice, with a minimum of 1 year specializing in real estate law.
Skills:
Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice.
Effective communication and client management skills.
