Senior Corporate Lawyer (In-House Consultant)
INKEL is seeking a highly qualified Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team as an In-House Legal Consultant.
In this executive position, you will work closely with INKEL’s Board, providing expert legal counsel on a range of corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise INKEL’s Board on all legal aspects and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Handle complex corporate legal issues, transactions, and negotiations.
Oversee legal matters related to contracts, governance, and risk management.
Requirements:
Law Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
Proven track record in handling corporate legal matters.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
