What you will be doing:

• CLM & Contract Administration: Assist the Legal Operations Manager & Contract Analyst in

administration of the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, including:

o Answering questions from internal stakeholders on use of CLM

o Monitoring the attorney assignment process

o Managing the contract archival process

o Managing smart import of documents

o Reviewing vendor due diligence and escalating to attorneys as needed.

o Work with the RFP team on questionnaires and escalate to attorneys as needed.

o Monitor CLM product updates and provide advisement to the Legal Operations

Manager and Contracts Analyst for process improvement.

• Contract Review: Review of redlines for approval or escalation to attorneys as appropriate for

Order Forms, NDA’s, DPA’s, and low spend/routine customer and vendor contracts.

• Reporting: Assist the Contracts Analyst with compiling monthly/quarterly reports as needed

from the CLM Tool, Sigma, and/or other related systems.

• Knowledge Management: Work with the Contracts Analyst to maintain resources on

contracting processes and resources; maintain live and recorded training sessions for

attorneys on CLM; assist in the maintenance of accurate templates and organization of

internal resources and files.

What you will need for this position:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool heavily

preferred (Ironclad CLM preferred but other tools accepted).

• Functional knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management processes and workflows, including

redlining, contract negotiation phase, approvals, product exhibits and addenda, etc.

• Strong personal computing skills, including proficiency with Adobe Suite & Microsoft Office

products (including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, DocuSign, Box, Salesforce, Slack and other legal department

related software systems heavily preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required, with preference in Operations, Project Management, Business

Administration, Legal Studies, or other related fields.

• A minimum of one year experience with contract development, contract management and/or

administration required.

• Demonstrated Legal Operations and business acumen obtained from previous experience of

projects and programs heavily preferred.
